Each product and service has its own delivery process and eligibility for refunds, as mentioned below.
2. Refund Policy for Digital Products
All our digital products are instantly accessible after successful payment, which means they cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.
Refunds will only be issued if:
- You were charged twice for the same purchase.
- You received a broken or inaccessible download link, and our support team fails to resolve it within 7 business days.
- You received the wrong product due to a technical issue.
To request a refund under these conditions, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@skillgenerator.in with your payment proof and issue details.
3. Refund Policy for Custom Services
For services like software development, web app creation, custom chatbot or AI agent development, and SaaS setup assistance, refunds are handled differently due to their custom and time-based nature.
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The project has not yet started, and cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment.
- There’s a mutual agreement between both parties due to unavoidable circumstances.
- Our team fails to deliver the project according to the agreed scope of work or timeline, and no satisfactory resolution is found.
Once the project work has started, partial or full refunds are not applicable, as resources and time are already invested.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- You misunderstood the service or product details before purchasing.
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of response, content delay, or feedback delay).
- Issues caused by third-party integrations or hosting providers.
- Completed or partially completed project deliveries.
5. Replacement or Revision Policy
If a digital file is corrupted or a software build has technical errors, our team will provide a corrected version or revision at no extra cost.
For service-based projects, we offer up to 2 revisions as per the service agreement.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once access or downloads have been provided.
- For custom service projects, cancellations can only be accepted before the development phase begins.
